Management and control of industrial maintenance operations. We are looking for Maintenance Supervisors in the Houston, Texas, United States area. This role will provide operational maintenance leadership and promote high-impact initiatives using technology tools: maintenance software and hardware (CMMS/EAM), from data capture and system loading to developing maintenance plans and programs, controlling their management, and supervising field technical staff. Cost control and management of maintenance performance indicators. A proven track record of solid leadership, vision, and technical expertise in maintaining rotating and static equipment in plants and industrial facilities is essential, along with strategic thinking and an exceptional ability to drive team results.

Responsibilities(10)

  • Data capture and collection of technical information. Technical Sheets of Equipment and Assets.
  • Development and execution of scheduled maintenance plans and programs. (Preventive and corrective).
  • Development and execution of unscheduled maintenance plans and programs. (Predictive).
  • Direct maintenance operations activities and supervise technical personnel.
  • Schedule and supervise the procurement and planning of materials, spare parts, and equipment by following up on them.
  • Evaluate and Minimize Maintenance costs, Manage budget.
  • Operation and management of CMMS/EAM maintenance software; control of maintenance management indicators.
  • Supervise work in the field and ensure compliance with activities.

  • Perform and supervise Maintenance Plans.
  • Participate in the assembly, disassembly, and repair of equipment with technical personnel.

Requirements

Languages
English / Spanish

Basic qualifications (10)

  • Engineering professional or related. (Maintenance - Mechanical - Electromechanical - Mechatronic - Industrial - Naval - Aeronautical).
  • Experience in similar positions (minimum 2 years).
  • Level 1, 2, and 3 certification in the technology areas mentioned.
  • Coordinate work teams.
  • Supplier management and evaluation.
  • Handling of internal and external audits.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Schedule availability.
