About SOFT Services Division

We offer Integral and technological solutions for specialized engineering, consulting, biosecurity, sanitation, mitigation and restoration services for all types of assets and facilities, workforce staffing supply environmental disasters.

With our services, you can feel safe in an orderly and completely healthy environment, free of germs, bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa, including SARS-CoV2 or COVID-19. We have 4 levels of depth and surface hygiene: Conventional cleaning, Sanitation, Disinfection and Sterilization.

This division is regulated by the best practices for cleaning, care and maintenance of carpets. In addition, in our Pest Control services, we apply the most advanced and innovative injection technology from inspection to treatment and control of termites, woodworms, insects and rodents.

Soft Services Line

The Soft Services Division serves administrative and operational facilities such as corporate buildings, administrative and office facilities, hotels, residences, hospitals, movie theaters, schools, churches, stores, convention centers, gas stations, stores, warehouses, laundries, restaurants, food and beverage plants, museums, sports centers, airports, cities, among others.

Since 2016, our operations and strategic service agreements have been developed from the United States of America, and Latin America. Among the states of Florida, Georgia and currently Texas, our growth in time allows us to visualize projections to establish ourselves in other places. We have worked for the oil and gas, mass consumption, project development, engineering and consulting, transportation, travel, transportation and delivery sectors.

Cleaning and sanitation for residential, commercial and industrial facilities

Four soft service levels, from conventional cleaning and sanitation to certified disinfection and sterilization, complemented with UV-C technology.

Our objective is to purify all types of surfaces: flat, smooth, porous, irregular, metallic or any other type that are in contact with pathogenic agents, and contaminants present in infected areas that require restoration from simple cleaning, to deep sanitation, disinfection or sterilization. We use powerful tools and cutting-edge technology such as BIOLUMINISCENCE to determine levels of microorganisms present, through enzymatic degradation technique (ATP + ADP + AMP) with precise measurement values RLUs, (Relative Luminescence Unit). In this way we determine the appropriate methods for cleaning with the use of nanotechnology and biotechnology.

Additionally, we complement with the sterilization of areas in facilities that require UV-C technology, to eliminate and deactivate any risk agent for the human Microbiome; controlling the cleaning with detection and evaluation of the hygiene levels. Our sterilization and sanitation processes guarantee high quality standards of up to 99.9% purity. We certify our clients’ facilities by means of previous and subsequent inspection, cleaning, disinfection, sanitation and sterilization.

  1. Soft service level 1. Conventional cleaning

    Scope: Removal of germs, dirt and impurities Provides up to 80% reduction of disease-causing germs. Cleaning prepares a surface or element for disinfection. It includes surface cleaning of carpets, removal of soil and allergens with the vacuum method. It removes agents that cause allergies, infections and diseases transmitted through the air and by direct contact with infected surfaces

  2. Soft service level 2. Sanitation

    Scope: This type of cleaning reduces the level of biological agents on an object or surface to a safe level. We use the best inspection and diagnostic system in facilities with Bioluminescence technology that detects residues and microorganisms and their enzymatic degradation products (ATP + ADP +AMP ), to ensure the most appropriate sanitation method with guaranteed results. The level 2 service for sanitation covers the scope of the level 1 cleaning service.

  3. Soft service level 3. "Certified" disinfection

    Scope: Inactive and destroys microorganisms on surfaces and facilities. This is the level recommended by government authorities to address and eliminate SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19. Provides a 99.999% reduction level of disease-causing germs using powerful EPA-approved chemicals. Service Level 3 for disinfection includes Level 1 cleaning service.

  4. Soft service level 4. "Certified" sterilization

    Scope: Complete elimination of microbial viability. This process will destroy all forms of microbial life and annihilate their propagation and reproduction, applying the sterilization method that includes physical-chemical and radioactive processes with Ultraviolet C rays (UVC) that provide a fast and efficient inactivation of microorganisms, bacteria and viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, among others. The level 4 sterilization service includes level 1 cleaning and level 3 disinfection services.

Hydraulic cleaning and sanitation

Five levels of hydraulic cleaning: hydrocleaning, inspection and control points, dry steam, washing of extraction systems and sterilization.

  1. LEVEL 1. HYDROCLEANING (COLD WATER OR HOT WATER)

    Scope: Dust removal, descaling of dirt (mould, germs), degreasing and disinfection. Our services apply to residential, commercial and industrial facilities (hard and porous floors, walls, process facilities, rainwater gutters, exterior facades, parking areas and terraces, pool/jacuzzi/sauna areas, garbage tanks and pavements among others).

  2. LEVEL 2. INSPECTION AND CONTROL POINTS OF HYGIENE AND SANITATION

    Scope: Random sampling will be done before starting the disinfection process to know the state of contamination and existing microorganisms such as bacteria, enzymes, germs; and after cleaning the surfaces to verify the degree of cleanliness.

    Applied to commercial and industrial facilities, on surfaces of Food Processing Plants, Restaurants, Kitchens, Canteens, Hospitals and Health Centers.

  3. LEVEL 3. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION WITH DRY STEAM

    Scope: It is one of the safest, most ecological and sustainable methods to clean and disinfect contaminated surfaces, thus preventing the spread of SARS Covid-19 virus infection, since it eliminates germs, bacteria and microorganisms in all types of commercial (hospitals, schools, churches) and industrial facilities (food industries, industrial kitchens, canteens, among others).

  4. LEVEL 4. WASHING & DEGREASING OF EXTRACTION SYSTEMS

    Scope: It is one of the most used methods in the cleaning of bells and ducts, is applied to all types of residential, commercial and industrial facilities. In all installations, maintenance and degreasing is necessary with an adequate frequency to avoid the risk of fire, food contamination, bad odors, and the presence of rodents and insects, since grease is a source of food for these pests.

  5. LEVEL 5. STERILIZATION

    Scope: This process will destroy all forms of microbial life. At this level, UVC technology will be used, the most innovative system for the sterilization and elimination of bacteria and germs in a few minutes. As a result all areas of the facility will be completely Clean, Disinfected and Sterilized 100% free of viruses and future diseases.
