We are looking for facility maintenance and engineering service technicians with experience in electrical work, hydraulics, plumbing, carpentry, carpet care, painting, air conditioning and refrigeration, boiler and compressed air systems, irrigation systems, and audio and video equipment installation, to work in facilities such as industrial plants, corporate buildings, administrative facilities and offices, hotels, residences, airports, hospitals, cinemas, schools, churches, large shopping centers, convention centers, museums, sports centers, cities, among others, who can apply professional standards of practice in work situations. Complete maintenance and repair duties in the assigned areas, following established schedules and using prescribed methods. Duties may include, but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, collecting and disposing of garbage and waste materials, and cleaning and disinfecting areas. Take corrective action at the facility and keep all systems in optimal working condition.
